Vice President, Rochelle L. Brown, graduated from Ohio Northern University with a bachelors’ degree in public relations/pre-law and a master’s degree from the University of Dayton in public administration.  Also with a sales background working for such companies as Total Rehabilitation of Harlingen, Online Information Services and State Farm.  Rochelle too is a strong advocate for a company such as Rep Express assisting the representatives of Eastern North Carolina which in turn is going to expand our medical community lunch by lunch.  “You rarely run into a business that doesn’t use food to gain success.  Either internally, for employee lunches and meetings or externally, as a marketing tool.”
