The order process is quick, and orders can be placed by phone/fax/online a day, week, month or a year in advance. Our menu is “suggested” by our Culinary Manager; however, Rep Express will make every effort to accommodate items not on our menu as long as we are given advance notice of at least 48 hours.
· Minimum order of 8
· Orders must be placed by 5:00pm the day prior to the event
· 24 hour fax/online orders accepted followed up with phone confirmation
· No guarantee we can accommodate to same day orders, but will make every effort to do so
When placing an order via email through orders@myrepexpress.com please do not leave any billing information. Simply detail your menu selection, the date of your event, and time of delivery. Once you have placed your order a team member from Rep Express will follow up with you to confirm your order and acquire the appropriate billing information.
